LEGAL NOTICE ¶ Connoquenessing To-wnship will be accepting sealed bids for lime-stone, rip rap, CRS-2 and MC-70 delivered to Township requested sites. Bid bonds of 10% must be included with each sealed bid. Bids will be accepted until 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, prevailing time for the following: ¶ 3,000 tons, more or less, washed crushed limestone AASHTO #2A ¶ 300 tons, more or less, washed crushed limestone AASHTO #8 ¶ 100 tons, more or less, washed crushed limestone AASHTO #1 ¶ 800 tons, more or less, washed crushed limestone AASHTO #2B ¶ 500 tons, more or less, washed crushed limestone AASHTO #3 ¶ 100 tons, more or less, rip rap #4 ¶ 100 tons, more or less, rip rap #6 ¶ 100 tons, more or less, rip rap #7 ¶ 4,000 gallons, more or less, CRS-2 ¶ 4,000 gallons, more or less, MC-70 ¶ All oil trucks must be equipped with a hand-hose, and will be required to have a current state, calibration inspection at the time of delivery to the Township requested sites. The Township will require a copy of the calibration sheet for the successful bidder at the time of bid and of delivery for each truck. ALL MATERIALS MUST BE STATE APPROVED . Bids will be opened and read publicly by the Board of Supervisors at the Connoque-nessing Township Muni-cipal Building, 102 Township Drive, Ren-frew, PA 16053 on May 6, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. Bids must be sealed and must indicate on the outside of the envelope the type of bid being submitted. Specifications, bidding forms and all necessary information may be secured at the Township Building or online at www.connotwp.net . All proposals must be on forms furnished by the Township. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all bids and to waive any technicality or formality therein.
