LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF REAL ESTATE BY RICHLAND TOWNSHIP, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA Pursuant to the Second-Class Township Code, the Township of Richland shall sell the parcel of real estate at Block and Lot 1504-L-362, known as South Woodland Circle, containing approximately 0.705 acres, to the highest responsible bidder. The terms and conditions of the sale are as follows: 1. The sale shall be made to the highest res-ponsible bidder through a public auction via Mun-icibid at Municibid.com. 2. The public auction for Block and Lot 1504-L-362, known as South Woodland Circle, shall commence at 10:00 A.M. on June 12, 2026 and end at 10:00 A.M. on July 9, 2026. 3. The Township may reject any or all bids if deemed to be less than fair market value. 4. Within five (5) business days following receipt of a Notice of Acceptance from the Township, the successful bidder must deposit an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the successful bid amount as earnest money, via certified or cashiers check or wired funds, with the designated Escrow Agent for the Township. 5. Within twenty (20) business days following receipt of a Notice of Acceptance from the Township, the successful bidder must enter into the agreement of sale, which is available upon request, along with the Instructions to Bidders, at the Richland Township Municipal Building located at 4019 Dickey Road, Gibsonia, PA 15044. 6. The Township will provide a deed to the property, and in no event shall the Township of Richland be liable for any damages to the purchaser/successful bidder if title is found unmarketable for any reason. The purchaser/successful bidder waives any and all right to damages or by way of liens against the Township. It shall be the obligation of each successful purchaser to examine title for the property prior to the bidding and/or closing. 7. Township of Richland does hereby reserve the right to withdraw this offer to sell, or upon completion of the bidding to accept or reject any or all bids for the property, or to waive any informality in relation thereto.
 
LEGAL NOTICE Request for Professional Services Richland Township, Allegheny County, has received notice of the award of the Local Share Account (LSA) Grant to develop a Comprehensive Plan for the Township. The Richland Township Board of Supervisors are soliciting proposals from qualified comprehensive planning consultants to prepare a Comprehensive Plan for Richland Township. This includes facilitating public meetings and additional meetings, as necessary. The qualified consultant must comply with all applicable federal, state and local statutes, codes, and regu-lations, including by not limited to, all statutes and regulations appli-cable to public contracts in Pennsylvania. Copies of the detailed request for proposals (RFP) can be obtained by contacting Richland Township office 724-443- 5921; 4019 Dickey Road, Gibsonia, PA 15044; info@richland.pa.us; and, on richland.pa.us. The RFP includes a description of the services to be provided by respondents; the minimum content of the responses; and the factors to be used to evaluate the responses.
