LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED FINANCING BY CHICORA INDEPENDENT HOSE COMPANY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chicora Independent Hose Company (aka Chicora Volunteer Fire Department) located in Chicora, Butler County, Pennsylvania, will meet on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the Chicora Independent Hose Company Meeting Room at 202 West Slippery Rock Street, Chicora, PA 16025 at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal that the issuer enter into an agreement in order to finance certain equipment.
