The Project includes the following Work: Structural stabilization of the existing stone and timber framing, restoration or replacement of deteriorated roofing and siding materials in-kind, masonry repair and repointing, foundation improvements, drainage enhance-ments, and installation of updated electrical and safety systems. Architectural and engineering services will guide the project to ensure compliance with local codes and the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. Where original materials cannot be salvaged, historically approved replacements will be used to maintain authenticity. The project is located in the Borough of Saxonburg, Butler County. The extent of the work is described in the contract documents.
