LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public notice is hereby given that the Board of the Butler County General Authority (the Issuer) will hold a joint Public Hearing on behalf of (i) the County of Butler, Pennsylvania (Butler), (ii) the County of Bedford, Pennsylvania (Bedford), (iii) the County of Westmoreland, Pennsylvania (Westmoreland), and (iv) the County of Somerset, Pennsylvania (Somerset and together with Butler, Bedford, and Westmoreland, the Host Counties) on July 22, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. prevailing time, via toll-free telephone conference, to discuss the plan of finance of the Issuer involving the issuance of tax-exempt obligations by the Issuer in a net aggregate amount not expected to exceed $1,700,000 (the Obligations). On behalf of the Issuer and the Host Counties, the public hearing will be held by Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, bond counsel for the Obligations. If authorized, the Obligations will be qualified 501(c)(3) bonds as defined in Section 145 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the Code).
