¶ Sealed proposals will be received by the Evans
City Borough of Butler County at 204B South Jackson Street, Evans City, PA 16033 until 11:00 A.M., on May 4, 2026, for the following:

ITEM 6: 322 S.Y Milling of Asphalt, Stewart Al
ITEM 7: 48 Ton Asphalt Binder Course, 19mm, in place, Stewart Al
ITEM 8: 29 Ton Asphalt Wearing Course, 9.5mm, in place, Stewart Al
ITEM 9: 453 S.Y Milling of Asphalt, Wahl Avenue, Full Width

¶ Prevailing wage rates shall apply to this contract.
¶ Items 3-10 are funded by a PA DCED Local Share Account grant. Bidders must be in com-pliance with the Prohibition of Illegal Alien Labor on Assisted Project Act, Anti-Pollution Regulati-ons, Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Lobbying Disclosures Act.
¶ Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $975.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality.
¶ A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
¶ The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
