Section 1 of the proposed Ordinance is the Township’s election to amend its Non-Uniform Pension Plan and agreement to be bound by all require-ments of Pennsylvania law. Section 2 is the Township’s agreement that the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System shall administer and provide the benefits set forth in the Pension Plan. Section 3 is the Township’s acceptance and ratification of the contract and all plan amendments thereto between the Township and the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement Board. Section 4 is the Township’s agreement that all payment obligations shall be made by the Township. Section 5 establishes the effective date and repeal of Township Ordinance Nos. 95 and 106. Section 6 states that a copy of the Ordinance shall be filed with the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System. LEGAL NOTICE¶ The Butler County Area Vocational Technical School Joint Operating Committee is soliciting sealed bids for equipment including a CNC Knee Mill, 5-Axis CNC Vertical Machining Center, CNC Mini Mill, Multi-Process Welder, and a Virtual Reality Welding Training Simulator for the 2025-2026 school year.¶ Bidding forms may be secured at the Business Office of the Butler County Area Vocational Technical School, 210 Campus Lane, Butler, PA 16001.
