LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION FOR BIDS ¶ Petrolia Borough will receive bids up until 12:00 P.M. EST, local prevailing time on the 1st day of May, 2026, at the Community Development Corporation of Butler County, 110 East Diamond Street, Suite 201, Butler, PA 16001. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded at the regularly scheduled meeting of Petrolia Borough to be held at 6:30 P.M. EST on May 5, 2026. ¶ Sealed bids are invited for the following Project: Petrolia Borough Stormwater Project. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the words: “RESPONSE TO THE PETROLIA BOROUGH; STORMWATER PROJECT.” The bids will include designs for the Petrolia Borough Stormwater Project. ¶ The Petrolia Borough Stormwater Project involves a storm sewer installation/replacement on Lower Spring Street and Spring Street located in Petrolia, Butler County, PA. Installation of the following: Appr-oximately 1,050 feet of SLCPP pipe, 15 catch basins, 4 storm manholes, and Type-M inlets. Construction activities will include demolition, excavation and minor grading, installation of storm sewer system, asphalt milling and paving, as well as lawn and driveway restoration. ¶ A MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting will be held on site at 10:00 A.M. EST on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, located at Spring Street, Petrolia, PA 16050. All prospective bidders shall have a representative present at this conference. Failure to attend this mandatory pre-bid conference will result in the disqualification of the bidder and their bid will not be opened. ¶ Please be advised this is a Prevailing Wage project. ¶ Proposals may be obtained at the Community Development Corporation of Butler County’s Office.
