ADVERTISEMENT
FOR BIDS
¶ The Board of Education of the Pine-Richland School District will receive sealed proposals for Contract S06-26-01A: PAVING IMPROVE-MENTS, under single Prime Contract.
¶ Bids will be accepted no later than
2:00 P.M. TUESDAY, MAY 12, 2026, at the Pine-Richland District Administration Offices, 702 Warrendale Road, Gibsonia, PA 15044-6040, c/o Barbara Williams, School Board Secretary. Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelopes clearly marked with company name and address and indicating “Paving Improvements”. Shortly thereafter, bids will be opened and read aloud, and all are invited to attend.
¶ Bidders may obtain one set of Bidding Documents as follows:
¶ MAIL or present to Printscape Imaging and Graphics, 760 Vista Park Drive #7, Pittsburgh, PA 15205, a refundable deposit check in the amount of $100.00, payable to PINE-RICHLAND SCHOOL DISTRICT. Write “
S06-26-01A Deposit” in the Memo line and include a request on company letterhead that includes your firm name, contact person’s name, email address, UPS shipping address (no PO Box numbers), phone and fax numbers.
¶ Additional sets, or partial sets, or electronic PDF files of Bidding Documents can be purchased directly from Printscape, 412-788-0640.
¶ Deposit will be returned provided Bidding Documents are returned to Printscape within ten calendar days of bidding date, in good usable condition, and a Bona Fide Bid is received by the School District; otherwise deposit will be forfeited. Shipping charges are not refundable.
¶ Each bid must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total of the Base Bid; and by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Qualification Questionnaire, and a Pennsylvania Certificate of Authority (if applicable).
¶ Project is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevai-ling Wage Act, Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987, as amended and supplemented.
¶ Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or parts thereof or items therein and to waive any informality in the bidding.
¶ Prime Bidders will be required to REGISTER to receive notification of Addenda and project information updates, and to obtain access privileges to the DFS Project Website at connect.MyPrintscape.com
.
Scheduled Site Visits:
Bidders are encouraged to examine the location and existing conditions of the proposed project sites at a PRE-BID MEETING, on
Friday, May 1, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. Report to Eden Hall Elementary School, 3900 Bakerstown Road, Gibsonia, PA for a short presentation and then bidders will have an opportunity to review the existing conditions at this site after the presentation. Thereafter, bidders will be able to visit the Richland Elementary School site and Wexford Elementary School site as this is an in-service day for the School District.
