LEGAL NOTICE Request for Professional Services Richland Township, Allegheny County, has received notice of the award of the Local Share Account (LSA) Grant to develop a Comprehensive Plan for the Township. The Richland Township Board of Supervisors are soliciting proposals from qualified comprehensive planning consultants to prepare a Comprehensive Plan for Richland Township. This includes facilitating public meetings and additional meetings, as necessary. The qualified consultant must comply with all applicable federal, state and local statutes, codes, and regu-lations, including by not limited to, all statutes and regulations appli-cable to public contracts in Pennsylvania.
