During this special meeting, the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Jackson, Butler County, PA will consider, and if appropriate, enact an ordinance (of which this notice is the summary) authorizing lease rental debt and summarized as follows:¶ Section 1 sets the aggregate principal amount of the Note at $3,000,000.00 for funds to be used for the purpose of the extension of water lines and the construction of a booster station in the areas of the Township along Franklin Road and Pattison Street Extension by the Jackson Municipal Authority. Sections 2, 3, and 4 authorize the incurrence of lease rental debt by the guaranty from the Township of a Revenue Obligation Note of the Jackson Municipal Authority, establishment of a sinking fund, the pledge of the full faith, credit and taxing power of the Township to the payment of the Note as the guaranty, maximum maturity amount, maximum interest rate and the terms and provisions for the payment of the Note. Sections 5 and 6 provide the form of the Note and the Guaranty Agree-ment, which is authorized thereby. Navigators are thereby cautioned to travel within the limits of the navigation channel.
