LEGAL NOTICE¶ Sealed bid proposals will be received by Clearfield Township Supervisors of Butler County, P.O. Box 5, Fenelton, PA 16034 until 7:00 P.M. May 11, 2026 and be opened at the regularly scheduled meeting May 11, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. for the following:¶ Item 1: 3,148 SY Single Asphalt seal coat, in place¶ Item 2: 15,809.SY Double Asphalt Seal Coat, in place¶ Item 3: 4,800 SY Asphalt Surface Treatment, in place¶ Item 4: various aggregate and stone¶ All material must meet PA State Specification. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $975.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Clearfield Township. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
