Any questions regarding the project must be submitted via the “messages” feature in Pennbid no later than April 28, 2026 at 1:00 P.M.¶ A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. at 426 East Main Street, Evans City, PA 16033. At the pre-proposal conference, potential vendors will be permitted to inspect the project location. All persons or entities submitting proposals must attend this pre-proposal conference.
