LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION FOR BIDS Larson Design Group, Inc. will accept sealed bids for Non-Professional Services for the Inspection of District 10-0 Bridge Inspections until 12:00 P.M. (prevailing time), July 2, 2026, at their office, 1000 Commerce Park Drive, Suite 201, Williamsport, PA 17701. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope clearly marked Non-Professional Services for the Inspection of District 10-0 Bridge Inspections. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 P.M. on July 2, 2026 in the Board Room, 1000 Commerce Park Drive, Suite 201, Williamsport, PA 17701. Non-professional services includes the use of under bridge cranes, inspection boats, and traffic control. Proper operation and maintenance of all equipment and vehicles per manufacturer specifications is required. Bids are invited upon the following: Supply under-bridge inspection access and maintenance & traffic protection services. The structures to be inspected range in size and complexity with spans located over roadways, waterways, and railways. Typical work will be completed on weekdays during daylight hours. Services will be provided beginning as early as July, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Work days may not be consecutive and will be subject to weather conditions. Larson Design Group reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of days required or structures inspected for Non-Professional Services as necessary for the successful completion of the District 10-0 Bridge Inspection Work. It is the responsibility of any person or organization interested in a hard copy of the bidding documents to pay all costs associated with printing.
