The Project includes horizontal directional drilling (HDD) will be used to install a 12-inch HDPE water main at up to three (3) culverted stream crossings along Pattison Street Extension. HDD installation of an 8-inch HDPE water main will occur at three (3) locations along Franklin Road (SR 3021). The total HDD installation length along Pattison Street Extension is approximately 300 linear feet, and the total HDD installation length along Franklin Road is approximately 1,400 linear feet. Owner anticipates that the Projects total bid price will be approx-imately $220,000 (base bid and alternate). The Project has an expected duration of 120 days.
