LOOKING For an experienced offset, cold set web press operator. The Butler Eagle is hiring a cold set web, and digital press operator. The ideal candidate should have basic printing knowledge, be able to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The right candidate must be able to work as part of a team. Job responsibilities include press make-ready, ensuring quality reproduction of printed materials, meeting the deadlines required in the printing of time sensitive materials, and general mechanical maintenance. Employees engage in all facets of the printing process including imaging printing plates, mounting rolls of paper, color setting, registration, folder operation, and ensuring the cleanliness of the press and facilities. Candidate should have basic mechanical skills, experience setting color on a four-color printing press, general printing knowledge. familiarity with Goss printing equipment a plus.
