PUBLIC NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF RESIDUAL WASTE PERMIT REISSUANCE APPLICATION On or before the end of July 2026, Sonneborn, LLC will submit a Permit Renewal Application to the Pennsylvania Depar-tment of Environmental Protection (PADEP), Waste Management Program, for renewal of the existing Residual Waste Permit No. 300995 for the Sonneborn Petrolia landfill.
