LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & INTENT TO CONSIDER APPROVAL BUFFALO TOWNSHIP BUTLER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA The Board of Supervisors of Buffalo Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing on August 12, 2026, at 6:30 P.M., pertaining to a proposed conditional use under the Buffalo Township Zoning Ordinance submitted by Anthony Donatelli and Michele Donatelli, concerning Tax Map Parcel No. 040-1F77-7A2-000, municipally known as 110 South Pike Road, Sarver, PA 16055 (the Property). The Property is zoned in the B-1 Business District. The conditional use application has been submitted for a single-family residence. The Board of Supervisors will hear comments regarding the conditional use application at the above-referenced public hearing. A copy of the application may be examined upon request at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building at 109 Bear Creek Road, Sarver, PA 16055, between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Any residents wishing to be heard on this matter but who are unable to attend the hearing may submit written comments to the Township by mail or in-person delivery. Written comments must be received no later than 12:00 P.M. on Monday, July 10, 2026. The application for conditional use will be considered for approval at the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Supervisors following the above-referenced public hearing.
