PUBLIC NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF RESIDUAL WASTE PERMIT REISSUANCE APPLICATION On or before the end of July 2026, Sonneborn, LLC will submit a Permit Renewal Application to the Pennsylvania Depar-tment of Environmental Protection (PADEP), Waste Management Program, for renewal of the existing Residual Waste Permit No. 300995 for the Sonneborn Petrolia landfill. The waste facility is in Fairview Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania. The facility accepts non-hazardous residual waste from their chemical manufacturing facility. No hazardous waste is accepted at the waste facility. The facilitys permitted design will also be modified for a proposed vertical expansion.
