¶ Sealed proposals will be received by the Penn Township Board of Supervisors, 157 East Airport Road, Butler, PA 16002 until 9:00 A.M. EST on May 12, 2026, for the following:
Item 1 - 57,156 S.Y. Double Asphalt Seal Coat, IN PLACE
¶ Bids will be opened at 9:00 A.M. with the intent to award the contract after reviewing the bids. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $975.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon forms provided by the Municipality. A bid bond in the amount of 10% is required to be furnished with the bid. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Township of Penn reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities therein.
