LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The BREAKNECK CREEK REGIONAL AUTHORITY will receive separate and sealed Bids for the ELECTRICAL CONTRACT for the pro-ject entitled 2026 BCRA WWTP HEATING SYSTEM RENOVATION. The work under this Contract generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equip-ment, and incidentals necessary to complete the electrical work associated with the installation of new heating system equipment at the Breakneck Creek Regional Authority Waste-water Treatment Plant. The project includes electrical work related to new boilers, controls, pumps, associated equ-ipment, and all appurtenant work as shown on the Contract Drawings and specified in the Contract Documents. The project is located at the wastewater treatment plant in Adams Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania. Sealed Bids will be received by mail or messenger service at the Authoritys office, address below, until 10:30 A.M., Prevailing Time, August 14, 2026 and will be publicly opened and read aloud at 11:00 A.M. on the same day at the same place. Bid Documents may be obtained from the Engineer, Olds Engineering Consultants, Inc. by contacting Mr. Barth Olds at oldsengineering@comcast.net. Bid Documents will be provided electronically at no fee. Bid Documents may be examined without charge at the Authoritys office located at 1166 Mars Evans City Road, Mars, PA 16046. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Bank Check or Bid Bond, in the required form as stated in the Project Manual, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid Total. The Authority reserves the right, at its option, to waive any informalities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all Bids and to reject any or all Bids. LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Richland Township Municipal Authority, of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, is seeking sealed proposals online via the PennBid Program until Friday, August 14, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. for Contract No. 2026-02 - S.R. 0910 & Community Center Drive Waterline Replacement Project.
