JACKSON TOWNSHIP LEGAL NOTICE FOR PAVING BID Sealed bids for the Jackson Township Saltarka Lane Project located in Jackson Township will be received electronically via PennBid in the office of Chris Rearick, JACKSON TOWNSHIP MANAGER, on or before 9:00 A.M. LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS CITY OF BUTLER BUTLER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Butler, Butler County, Pennsylvania for the 123 S. Main Street Demolition Project. This project consists of the demolition of the existing building on the site. This includes securing and protecting the adjacent buildings and removing the foundation to below grade. PUBLIC NOTICE Connoquenessing Township Act 537 Plan Notice is hereby given that Connoquenessing Township (Township) has established a 30-day public comment period, from July 8, 2026, through August 8, 2026, for the purposes of the townships Municipal Sewage Facilities Act 537 Plan (Plan). This Plan recommends the construction of a public sewer system which collects sewage from portions of the Township and conveys it to Pennsylvania-American Water Company (PAWC) Butler Wastewater District for treatment. The Plan selects two alternatives serving the southeast corner of the Township, generally including SR 68 South Sewershed along Stevenson Road, Winterwood Drive, and Kriess Road and SR 68 North Sewershed along Whitestown and Eagle Mill Road. An implementation schedule is provided for Alternative D-1 (SR 68 South Sewershed) while Alternative B2b (SR 68 North Sewershed) implementation is deferred. The Plan establishes a targeted user rate range of $120-$200 per month. Projected user rates will be contingent on the amount of grant funding and borrowing terms for loan funding. Funding scenarios in the Plan range from $107 to $429 per month. PENNVEST is the selected funding source. The Plan may be reviewed during the public comment period online on the Townships website at www.connotwp.net or by appointment at the Township office at 102 Township Drive, Ren-frew, PA 16053 between 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. PUBLIC NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF RESIDUAL WASTE PERMIT REISSUANCE APPLICATION On or before the end of July 2026, Sonneborn, LLC will submit a Permit Renewal Application to the Pennsylvania Depar-tment of Environmental Protection (PADEP), Waste Management Program, for renewal of the existing Residual Waste Permit No. 300995 for the Sonneborn Petrolia landfill. The waste facility is in Fairview Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania. The facility accepts non-hazardous residual waste from their chemical manufacturing facility. No hazardous waste is accepted at the waste facility. The facilitys permitted design will also be modified for a proposed vertical expansion. Copies of the application will be available for review during normal business hours at the DEPs Northwestern Regional Office, 230 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335. An appointment to review this application must be made with the DEP regional office. Fees for copying may be charged by the DEP. Copies of the application will also be provided by the DEP to Fairview Township and Butler County. Fairview Township and Butler County may submit comments to the DEP within 60 days of receipt of the application, recommending conditions upon, revisions to, and approval or disapproval of the application. The DEP will also accept and consider comments from the public during the permit review.
