LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PROPOSED ENACTMENT OF AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE BOROUGH OF SEVEN FIELDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of Seven Fields Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 13th at 6:00 P.M. in Council Chambers, located on the first floor of the Borough of Seven Fields Municipal Building, 2200 Garden Drive, Seven Fields, PA 16046, to inform and obtain public comment, and thereafter consider for possible adoption and enactment at its regular meeting scheduled immediately thereafter at 6:30 P.M., an ordinance amending the Borough of Seven Fields, Butler County, Pennsylvania Zoning Ordinance. A summary of the amendment is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF SEVEN FIELDS, BUTLER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 340, ZONING, TO PROVIDE FOR SPECIFIC LOT COVERAGE STANDARDS FOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES AND MODIFICATIONS THERETO, TO CLARIFY SIGN PERMITTING PROCESSES, AND EXEMPTING MUNICIPAL SIGNS FROM GENERAL REGULA-TIONS STANDARDS. A copy of the proposed ordinance con-taining the amendment may be examined without charge, or may be obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof, at the Borough of Seven Fields Municipal Building, Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.; or may be inspected during normal business hours at the Butler County Law Library or the offices of the Butler Eagle newspaper.
