LEGAL NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Notice is hereby given that DL Hunt Properties, LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company with its registered address at 728 Kiester Road, Slippery Rock PA 16057, has been authorized by its Members to voluntarily dissolve and is now engaged in winding up and settling the affairs of the Company so that its corporate existence will end pursuant to the Pennsylvania Uniform Limited Liability Company Act of 2016, as amended. Any persons having claims against the Company shall forward a claim in writing to the Company at the above referenced address. LEGAL NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by the Summit Township of Butler County at 502 Bonniebrook Road Butler, PA 16002 until 10:00 A.M. on July 24, 2026 for the following: Item 1 - Site work for a 40 x 80 cold storage building at 502 Bonnie-brook Road Butler, PA 16002 A pre-bid meeting is required and will be held on July 6, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at the site location. NOTE: Prevailing wage rates shall apply to this contract. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. For third-class cities the bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. For other municipal types it is the discretion of the municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The bid will be awarded on August 5, 2026 at 6:45 P.M. at the regularly scheduled public meeting at 502 Bonniebrook Road, Butler, PA 16002.
