Sections 2, 3, and 4 authorize the incurrence of lease rental debt by the guaranty from the Township of a Revenue Obligation Note of the Jackson Municipal Authority, establishment of a sinking fund, the pledge of the full faith, credit and taxing power of the Township to the payment of the Note as the guaranty, maximum maturity amount, maximum interest rate and the terms and provisions for the payment of the Note. Sections 5 and 6 provide the form of the Note and the Guaranty Agree-ment, which is authorized thereby.
