LEGAL NOTICE To all the residents and taxpayers of the City of Butler, Butler County, Pennsylvania and all other interested parties: Notice is hereby given that Ordinance # 1841 Council Bill # 2026-03 was introduced for passage by the City Council of the City of Butler, Butler County, Pennsylvania. The Ordinance may be summarized as follows: An ordinance of the City of Butler, Butler County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the provisions of Pennsylvania Act 153 of 2012, 68 P. C.S.A. 2101 et seq., relating to Land Banks which is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference. Act 153 of 2012 as amended, permits the City of Butler as a Land Bank jurisdiction to create a Land Bank via the adoption of an ordinance to create a binding legal obligation. The full text of the Ordinance may be inspected during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Office of the City Clerk, 140 West North Street, Butler, Pa. This Ordinance will be voted upon at the regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council to be held on May 28, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. 140 West North Street, Butler, Pa.
