LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Jackson Municipal Authority Evans City, Pennsylvania Franklin Road Area Water Main - Directional Drill Jackson Municipal Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Franklin Road Area Water Main - Directional Drill Contract 2026-01 Bids for the Project will be received online through PENNBID until June 2, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. local time. The Project includes horizontal directional drilling (HDD) will be used to install a 12-inch HDPE water main at up to three (3) culverted stream crossings along Pattison Street Extension. HDD installation of an 8-inch HDPE water main will occur at three (3) locations along Franklin Road (SR 3021). The total HDD installation length along Pattison Street Extension is approximately 300 linear feet, and the total HDD installation length along Franklin Road is approximately 1,400 linear feet. Owner anticipates that the Projects total bid price will be approx-imately $220,000 (base bid and alternate). The Project has an expected duration of 120 days.
