Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidders Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Butler Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within fifteen (15) days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. The Township reserves the right to waive any bid informalities or to reject any or all bids. If more time is necessary for the determination of the lowest responsible bidder, the Commission of Butler Township reserves the right to award the Contract later but not exceeding sixty (60) days from the date Bids were submitted.
