LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Neiswonger Construction Inc., 17592 Route 322, Strattanville, Pennsylvania 16258, has requested bond release for Surface Mining Permit No. 10980302, pursuant to the Noncoal Surface Mining Conservation and Reclamation Act. The large noncoal permit was issued on September 8, 1998 and is located north of Branchton Road (S.R. 4010), north and south of Magill Road (T-430), east of Bessemer & Lake Erie Railroad, and west of McMurray Run approximately one and one quarter (1 1/4) miles east of the intersection of PA Route 8 and Branchton Road (S.R. 4010) on the lands of Donna L. Duffola Living Trust and Koda Holdings LLC in Cherry & Slippery Rock Townships, Butler County. Bond release of $100,700 is requested for 23.1 acres. Total bond held is $100,700. The release area includes topsoil replace-ment and revegetation. LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 12, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., at the Foxburg Community Center, 42 Railroad Street, Foxburg, PA 16036, the officers of the Council of the Borough of Foxburg, Clarion County, Pennsylvania, at a meeting to be held within not less than three (3) days nor more than thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice, will consider for enactment an Ordinance (the Ordinance). The summary of this Ordinance is a follows: The Ordinance authorizes the incurrence of lease rental debt to the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority, evidenced by the guaranteed revenue note in an amount not to exceed $3,344,148.00, principal amount to be authorized and issued by the Foxburg Area Water and Sewer Authority (Authority) in connection with the construction alterations and improvements to the water system facilities located in and about this Borough of Foxburg; provides for the payment of associated related costs, fees and expenses; specifies the realistic useful life of the Project; authorizes and directs appropriate officers of the Borough of Foxburg to take certain actions and to execute certain documents, including a guaranty agreement between the Borough of Foxburg as Guarantor, the Authority and the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority; Approves the form, maximum guaranteed amounts, and sources of payment of the guaranty agreement, and pledges the full faith, credit and taxing power of this Borough of Foxburg in support thereof; creates a sinking fund in connection with such guaranty obligations and appoints a sinking fund depository and provides for the repeal of all inconsistent ordinances or parts of ordinances. LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS CITY OF BUTLER BUTLER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Butler, Butler County, Pennsylvania for the Tier Parking Garage Masonry Repairs Project within the City of Butler, Pennsylvania. The project will include: This project involve repairs to a 5-story parking garage, including but not limited to, structural steel repairs; facade repairs including tuckpointing, masonry rebuild, flashing, resetting of capstones and caulking, any and all mobilization, General Condition requirements, dust control, pedestrian and vehicular traffic control, notifications, temporary facilities, safety equipment, site photography, project management, and restoration of disturbed areas shall be considered incidental to this Contract. All proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the words TIER PARKING GARAGE MASONRY REPAIRS to the City of Butler Clerks office located on the 1st floor of 140 West North Street, Butler, PA 16001 before 10:00 A.M. prevailing time on October 21, 2026. The Proposals shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days. No Bidder may withdraw his Proposal during the sixty (60) day period without forfeiting his Bid guarantee. The City of Butler reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein.
