LEGAL NOTICE IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF BUTLER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA CIVIL DIVISION A.D. No. 2026 - 10787 C.P. No. 2026 - 21491 LEE E. BARNHART, JR. and VIRGINIA L. BARNHART, husband and wife; and KEVIN ZEDIKER and SUSAN ZEDIKER, husband and wife, Plaintiffs, vs. JOHN H. GEALEY, a/k/a JOHN H. GALEY, a/k/a JOHN H. GAILY; and all of his heirs, unknown heirs, executors, administrators, successors, representatives, and assigns of the aforesaid Defendant, all those claiming under or through them, and all other claimants and persons, Defendants. ORDER OF COURT AND NOW, this 25th day of August, 2026, an Affidavit of Service of the Complaint with Notice to Defend having been filed and no Answer having been made by the Defendants for a period in excess of twenty-five (25) days, upon consideration of the Motion by Plaintiffs and pursuant to Pa. R.C.P. 1066, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a judgment by default be entered against the Defendants, John H. Gealey, a/k/a John H. Galey, a/k/a John H. Gaily, and all of his heirs, unknown heirs, executors, administrators, successors, representatives, and assigns of the aforesaid Defendant, all those claiming under or through them, and all other claimants and persons, directing that the Defendants be permanently enjoined and restrained from asserting any claim or interest in or to the following described real property or any part thereof: PARCEL ONE - Tax Assessment Parcel No. 260-1F29-24: ALL that certain piece or parcel of ground situate in Parker Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the said piece of land on line of lands formerly owned by Levi Gibson, now or formerly Ella M. Campbell at a post; thence North 89 degrees East, 68 rods to a post by lands of now or formerly George Ward or John H. Gaily; thence South degrees West, 31.7 rods to a post by lands of the same parties; thence South 83 degrees West, 71 rods to a stone heap by lands of now or formerly John H. Gaily, formerly Sedwick Farm; thence North 2 degrees East, 39.7 rods by lands of now or formerly Levi Gibson, now or formerly Ella Campbell, to the place of beginning. Containing 15 acres. PARCEL TWO - Tax Assessment Parcel No. 260-1F29-23: ALL THAT certain piece, parcel or tract of land situate in Parker Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, containing 15 acres, more or less, and being known in the Butler County Assessment Maps for Parker Township as Map 1F29-23 with no buildings thereon erected. Unless the Defendants shall file an Action in Ejectment against the Plaintiffs, or otherwise take legal action to protect their interests within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this Order once in the Butler Eagle, once in the Butler County Legal Journal, once in the Leader Times, and once in the Armstrong County Legal Journal, the Prothonotary shall, upon Praecipe of the Plaintiffs, enter a final judgment against the Defendants.
