LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LANCASTER TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD The Zoning Hearing Board of Lancaster Township will convene for a public hearing on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, beginning at 6:00 P.M., at the Lancaster Township Community Center, located at 113 Kings Alley Harmony, PA 16037. The purpose of this hearing is to take testimony in consideration of the resubmitted application made by Local Roots Landscaping, on behalf of William G. Bomberger, for a revised dimensional variance request related to a proposed upper-level living space addition at property located at 143 Camp Run Road Harmony, PA 16037, and further identified as Tax Parcel No. 200-S2-A15-0000. The original application requested 20 of relief from the required 35 rear yard setback in the R-2 Zoning District, and was denied by the Zoning Hearing Board at a duly advertised public hearing on August 14, 2026.
