The parcel which is the subject of this action is located in the Center Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, and is bounded and described as follows: ALL that certain tract of land situate in the Township of Center, County of Butler, Pennsylvania, being the north portion of that part of the Robert Henry Farm situate in Center Township, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point at the southwest corner of the tract herein described, said point being located in the centerline of State Legislative Route No. 10099, and said point being on line of lands of now or formerly Evans and Heist; thence along lands of now or formerly Heist, North 1 degree est, to a point on line of lands of now or formerly Inez Anderson Duffy; thence long lands of now or formerly Inez Anderson Duffy and the Zenith Coal Company, South 87 degrees 50 minutes East, a distance of 770 feet, more or less, to a point on line of lands of now or formerly Zenith Coal Company; thence along lands of now or formerly Zenith coal Company, South 1 degree East, a distance of 720 feet to a point in the center of Legislative Route No. 10099; thence along the centerline of said Legislative Route No. 10099, in a western direction, to a point on line of lands of now or formerly Heist and Evans, the place of beginning.
