PUBLIC NOTICE The Borough of Seven Fields, Butler County, PA hereby gives notice that the Borough Council will consider for passage an amendment to Ordinance No. 46 (Traffic Control Devices), at its meeting on Monday, September 14th at 6:30 P.M., to be held in the Borough of Seven Fields Council Chambers located at 2200 Garden Drive, Suite 100, Seven Fields, PA 16046. Proposed Changes: 3-way stop sign traffic control at the intersection of Highpointe Drive-Sycamore Drive-Enclave Drive. Any person or persons who shall violate or fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300) together with costs of prosecution, or to imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed thirty (30) days, or both. A complete copy of the proposed Ordinance No. 46 amendment may be obtained at the Borough Office, Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Thomas B. Smith Borough Manager
