LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Separate and sealed proposals will be received by Buffalo Township, at the office of Bankson Engineers, Inc., 267 Blue Run Road, Suite 200, Cheswick, PA 15024, until 1:00 P.M., prevailing time, on Friday, October 9, 2026, and opened and read immediately thereafter for the following: HARVEY ROAD SLIDE REPAIR AND CULVERT REPLACEMENT CONTRACT NUMBER 26-1 Bidding Documents will be made available, via email, and at no char-ge by contacting Bank-son Engineers, Inc., at csimoni@banksonengineers.com. Printed copies of Bidding Documents may be obtained at the office of Bankson Engineers, Inc., 267 Blue Run Road, Suite 200, Cheswick, PA 15024, (412-767-5100), for a nonrefundable fee of $100.00 per set. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose name and address are on record at Bankson Engineers, Inc. as having obtained the Bidding Documents. Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have obtained official sets of Bidding Documents from Bankson Engineers, Inc. and who are on Bankson Engineers, Inc.s list of planholders. The Bid Proposals must be a paper copy, with an original signature, submitted in an envelope along with the original bid security, all as described in the Information for Bidders. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bidders bond in favor of the Buffalo Township in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the proposal. This Contract is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Pre-vailing Wage Act. Workers must be paid not less than the minimum wages established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, as shown in the applicable schedule. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
