LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDER ADOPTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE The Jackson Township Board of Supervisors at their regularly scheduled meeting on August 20, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at the Township Building situ-ated at 140 Magill Road, Zelienople, PA 16063 will hold a public hearing on and thereafter consider the adoption of, and if appropriate enact, a pending Zoning Ordinance Amendment entitled Ordinance No. 26-05 as follows: An Ordinance of the Jackson Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, amending Chapter 27 of the Code of Jackson Township - Zoning to recognize Data Centers and Solar Electric Energy Facilities as a use requiring special regul-ations; providing definitions; allowing Data Centers and Solar Electric Energy Facilities by conditional use in the LI-Large Industrial zoning district; and establishing performance standards. Copies of the Ordinance are available at the Jackson Township Municipal Building during normal office hours and may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof, a full copy has been supplied to the Butler Eagle as the local paper of record and at the Butler County Law Library, 124 West Diamond Street, 3rd Floor, Butler, PA.

PUBLIC NOTICE The Borough of Seven Fields, Butler County, PA hereby gives notice that the Borough Council will consider for passage an amendment to Ordinance No. 46 (Traffic Control Devices), at its meeting on Monday, September 14th at 6:30 P.M., to be held in the Borough of Seven Fields Council Chambers located at 2200 Garden Drive, Suite 100, Seven Fields, PA 16046. Proposed Changes: 3-way stop sign traffic control at the intersection of Highpointe Drive-Sycamore Drive-Enclave Drive. Any person or persons who shall violate or fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300) together with costs of prosecution, or to imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed thirty (30) days, or both.
