The Project consists of the installation of owner-furnished materials for the construction of a 4.16kV feeder comprised of approximately 1000 of pole line and 500 of underground line. This Project falls under The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania enacted Act 127 of 2012, known as the Public Works Employment Verification Act (the Act) which requires all public work contractors and subcontractors to utilize the Federal Governments E-Verify system to ensure that all employees performing work on public work projects are authorized to work in the United States.
