Unleaded NO Ethanol Gasoline; and Up to Approx. 3,000 GAL. Unleaded Gasoline (87 octane) OPIS price and differentials must be specified. LEGAL NOTICE Annandale Sandstone Company, 219 Goff Station Road, Boyers, PA 16020 proposes to renew its over-burden and sandstone blasting in compliance with all state and federal laws (as written within the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977) at its surface non-coal mining operations located in Venango Township, Butler County, known as the Annandale Quarry, SMP 10010309, on the lands now or formerly of Samuel W. Tiche between the hours of sunrise and 8:00 A.M., 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon, 12:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M., and 4:00 P.M. to sunset every day except Sunday. Three (3) - five (5) second signals of sufficient power to be heard 1,000 feet from the blast site, will be sounded one (1) minute but no more than 2 minutes before blast will be blown. One prolonged ten second signal of sufficient power to be heard 1,000 feet from the blast site will be blown as an all-clear signal. Access road barricades will be erected 15 minutes before each detonation. Rain, light-ning, or other atmos-pheric conditions, or operator or public safety are considered emergency situations and may require unsche-duled detonation. If this occurs, identical warning and precaution measures will be taken.
