The Proposed Plan is advisory in character and will guide later municipal decisions. Its adoption will not itself amend the Township Zoning Ordinance, Zoning Map, Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance, or any other regulatory ordinance. Any later ordinance or map amendment will require the procedure applicable to that separate municipal action. Following the hearing, the Board of Supervisors may consider adoption of the Proposed Plan by resolution at the same public meeting or at a later public meeting. If the Proposed Plan is substantially revised after the hearing, the Board will hold another public hearing pursuant to public notice before voting, as required by MPC Section 302(b).
