PUBLIC NOTICE MINING PERMIT RENEWAL Pursuant to the Surface Mining Conservation and Reclamation Act and the Clean Streams Law notice is hereby given that Seneca Landfill, Inc., P.O. The Proposed Plan is advisory in character and will guide later municipal decisions.
