At the pre-bid conference, potential bidders will be permitted to inspect the Project location by a guided tour. Additional site visits may be arranged in accordance with the instructions to bidders. All persons or entities submitting bids must attend this pre-bid conference. Failure to attend this mandatory pre bid conference will result in the disqualification of the bidder from bidding to perform the work and their bid will not be opened.
