LEGAL BLASTING NOTICE Allegheny Mineral Corporation, P.O. Box 1022, Kittanning, PA 16201, proposes to conduct overburden and production blasting in compliance with all State and Federal Laws at its surface mining operations located on the Allegheny Mineral Corporation property in Marion Township, Butler County, on Surface Mine Permit No. 10210303 (Mine 45). Blasting will be conducted in the area south of T-434 (Porter Road), east of T-850 (Rocky Springs Road), north of SR 4013 (Creek Bottom Road) and west of Blacks Creek. Blasting may be conducted Monday through Saturday, between sunrise and sunset from November 2, 2024 to November 2, 2025. Warning signs will be placed at every entrance to the operation and a warning whistle will be as follows: WARNING: At least one (1), but not more than two (2) minutes prior to detonation, three (3) five (5) second signals shall be sounded and shall be able to be heard 1,000/1/2 mile from the blast site. ALL CLEAR: After the blaster-in-charge has determined the blast area to be safe, a prolonged ten (10) second signals will be sounded and shall be able to be heard 1,000/1/2 mile from the blast site. PUBLIC NOTICE BLASTING SCHEDULE Ben Hal Mining, Inc., 389 Irishtown Road, Grove City, PA 16127, proposes to conduct overburden and production blasting in compliance with all state and federal laws (as written within the "Non-coal Surface Mining Conservation and Reclamation Act") at its surface mining operations located: Township: Irwin County: Venango Permit No.: 61242802-Vinca Mine on the lands of Teresa M. & Keith J. Vinca and Denise M. & Steven R. Stewart between the hours of: Sunrise to 8:00 A.M., 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon, 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. every day except Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
